Return Process

  Log into your account to locate your order history or visit our online returns portal to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your receipt is included inside the box.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it to your nearest Bouclair store for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
